Neil Warnock has been appointed as Aberdeen interim manager until the end of the season.
The 75-year-old returns to professional football once again after leaving Huddersfield in September, with the Dons his 17th different club in British football, but his first in Scotland.

Good luck to all Aberdonians, you're lucky to have Neil and Ronnie Jepson in interim charge. There's one thing for sure, the players won't know what's hit 'em but vitally the results will improve dramatically. These 2 guys saved us (HTFC) last season from the dreadful League One, because that was a dead-cert until they transformed things. It could at times be a bumpy ride but I have no doubt... an ENJOYABLE one. Good Luck from a Town fan 👍

I hope Neil stays in the game for another 25 years, but seriously so much more enjoyable to listen to than most. Full of personality and successful too. I will be watching out for Aberdeen results now and would love it if they would the cup.

North of the boarder Rangers have always been my team but now I will be cheering on Aberdeen as well. He is a good man Mr Warnock, certainly a lot of positivity and entertainment. He's a real good sort is Neil Warnock, one of the game's real characters and a great motivator.
A pretty safe pair of hands to be going on with for the Dons.
I expect that he will help propel them up to about mid-table at least before the season ends.

I had to re-listen to the 10 second mark, when he says he has a place in Dunoon!! I was born and raised there until I was 17, then moved to the USA and currently retired from the US Army. It kinda took me off guard, not used to hearing my wee toon be mentioned! Good luck with the Dons, but not tomorrow against my Teddy Bears.

Scottish football needs characters in the game and well done to Aberdeen for Warnock's appointment. I think he'll do a good job for them just hope as a Rangers fan it's not in their first game. Interviews are always entertaining with him too.

Stuart, obviously has some knowledge of the Scottish game - having played for Rangers and Scotland.
But he's also been assistant to Warnock at Sheffield United.
McCall has also managed Bradford City, Motherwell and Rangers.
