Saw her live yesterday at the State Theatre and she was amazing. Her music videos don't do her voice justice. Sarah Blasko actually has a powerful voice and it's so much stronger and resonant in real. So glad I went.
Just saw her live in Lismore NSW at the Star Court Theatre. It was (literally!!) the world debut of around six of her latest songs, plus some previous hits including this song. One of the best 90 minutes of my life!! One of the best of the new songs is a track called 'fool' - LOL can't believe I got to hear it before the rest of the world!!! Love you Sarah, your voice was even more amazing live!

I love the juxtaposition of such a sad, defeatist lyric paired with such a sweet melody. Sarah Blasko's music is a thing of wonder and she's so lovely.

I saw her in 2005 in London's Shepherd's Bush Empire opening for Tom McRae and thought she was actually the highlight of the whole night (with Chris Stills, son of Stephen Stills, also opening) . I love how she just sings with her own voice, which although is not that distinctive, would be shot down in any TV "talent" show. These are the new artists that remind us what talent is and what an artist truly is.
I was pleased to hear this on Ringer - 2 of my favorite Sarahs in the same show!. I also like Pacifika's cover of "25 or 6 to 4" and felt it worked well for the episode.

Now this is real music. Sarah Blasko is such a rare talent along with Avril Lavigne. I feel as if Sarah Blasko and Avril Lavigne were put on this earth to make beautiful music and make people happy.
