  • • Ingredients(makes 18~20 cookies)
    □ 30g Unsalted butter
    □ 30g Granulated sugar
    □ 30g Corn syrup
    □ 40g Almond slices
    □ 500g White bean paste
    □ 1 Egg yolk
    □ 50g Almond powder
    □ 30ml(2Tbsp) Milk(Add a little more if too thick)
    □ 5g Sweet pumpkin powder(Adjust the amount to your taste)
    □ 5g Purple sweet potato powder(Adjust the amount to your taste)
    □ 5g Matcha powder(Adjust the amount to your taste)
    • Before you start
    Take your bean paste, eggs, milk out of the fridge an hour before using
    Preheat the oven to 340°F

      채원님 안녕하세요~ 반죽의 질기가 알맞지 않으면 깍지에서 잘 떨어지지 않기도 합니다. 반죽이 되면 우유를 소량 추가해주시고, 반대로 너무 질다면 가루를 조금 더 추가해주세요~ 감사합니다

    다 구운 후에 테프론시트에서 떼낼 때 가운데부분이랑 앙금부분이 조금씩 늘러붙는데ㅜㅜ 덜익은걸까요??
