Chains Around My Heart sounded amazing. I like it, but was never one of my favorites... LOVED it with the piano!! So, I'm now requesting a REALLY, really oldie!! "Heaven Only Knows" (every played this one live??), Still would love to hear "Turn Off The Night" and (if possible) "Touch of Heaven". Thank you so much!! Staying healthy here in PA!

It is amazing how his music has been such a wonderful part of my life. I listen to every genre of music but it blows me away how watching and listening now takes me back to those wonderful years of my youth. I appreciate you Richard Marx.

Excellent Richard, you have ended our 'lockdown' V.E. Day 75th anniversary here in the UK, in a fantastic way by singing and playing, what you called the 'oldies', but in fact were songs that hold special memories to a lot of us. Thank you and stay safe Richard. 👍🏻

Ok, THIS is my favorite "Beachin" episode!!!! First, I just can't imagine being able to sit down to the piano and make magic like that!!! Second, please do a video for "Loved"!!! That song is just so special Richard, we ALL love it!!! Third, Children of the Night broke my heart when it came out and I haven't heard it for so long you just ripped it out again! Fourth, WTH was up with the video for Chains Around My Heart!!! I love that song also but that video is confusing!!! LOL Listening to you sing the oldies just makes me feel like I'm home. Lost the love of my life and I don't feel like I fit anywhere until I listen to you sing. Great to hear these ballads again. Incidentally, I can recommend seeking out the 1985 TV movie Children of the Night starring Kathleen Quinlan as Dr. Lois Lee, it's wonderful. Sadly no Marx music in it of course, but it does feature Pat Benatar's Hell is for Children.

I’d like to request two songs that were written and played awhile ago, and to my knowledge were never on any of the albums. I am a huge fan, and love all of the album songs. But I love these two songs as well. The first is “Burnin’ of the heart” that was from the movie Nothing in Common with Tom Hanks. The second is “Your Goodbye”. Thanks so much for these videos.
