This year im starting really slooow becouse I strated fast last year (like i started doing to much too fast, and I lost motivat8ng and enargu reaaaaly fast) and stopped after like 2 months, and came back to trying to get better in the beginning of december 2023, and weeeelll im starting to implement more and more thing in my day to day life, and trying to do everything slower
