I acquired several nice SAKs this year and several other custom knives so I can't afford one right now at $425+, but the first time I've seen this model and I dig them. I love the aggressive edge nature inherent to Damascus steel, never mind how cool the blade looks.

can the damast blade be sharpened by the sharpening tool?
I believe it can, I must confess I never had the need yet to sharpen it ;-) as the steel is quite strong.
Is the damast steel stronger and more durable than the normal victorinox steel?
I'm sure it is because its much harder (60HRC) more wear resistant and it holds edge for a longer time.
