గణపతి దేవుడు నిర్మించిన ప్రసిద్ధ భద్రకాళి చెరువులో పూడిక తీయడానికి నీటిని ఖాళీ చేయడంతో పరిశోధకులు దృష్టి ఇక్కడి గుట్టలపై పడింది.
వేలాది ఏళ్లుగా ఆది మానవులు , అనేక రాజవంశాలు , ఆధ్యాత్మిక పరులు మొదలుకొని నేటి ఉరుకుల పరుగుల జీవితంలో ఒత్తిడిని ఎదుర్కుంటున్న ఆధునిక మానవులను ఆకర్షిస్తున్న భద్రకాళీ చెరువు, చెఱువు చుట్టూ ఉన్న గుట్టల సౌందర్యం వర్ణణాతీతమని డిస్కవరీ మ్యాన్ రెడ్డి రత్నాకర్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు.
భద్రకాళి చెరువు అంచున ఆదిమానవులు జీవించిన గుహలు , చెరువు మధ్యలో ద్వీపంల ఉండే గుట్టపై రాతి పనిముట్ల పరిశ్రమ , బృహత్ శిలాయుగం నాటి సమాధులు , కాకతీయుల నాటి సైనికులు కోట వెనుక నుండి రహస్య మార్గం గుండా వచ్చి చెరువులోకి దిగడానికి వీలుగా ఉన్న మెట్ల మార్గంను
ప్రతాప్ , హేమంతులతో కలిసి నూతన చారిత్రక ఆధారాలను గుర్తించారు. వివరాలలోకి వెళ్తే...
1) హనుమద్గిరి తటాక్ ఆంజనేయస్వామి ఆలయం వెనక నుండి చెరువులోకి దిగితే రెండు శిలలపై చెరువు ముఖంగా శిల్పకళ ఉట్టిపడే విధంగా రాష్ట్రకూటుల కాలం నాటి వినాయకులు చాముండీ దేవి శిల్పాలు ,రైలింగ్ మధ్యలో ఉన్న శివలింగాలు ,నంది విగ్రహాలు సూర్యుడు శిల్పాలు ఉన్నాయి.
2) ఈ శిల్పాల పై భాగంలో విశాలమైన ఒక గుహ ఉంది ఈ గుహలో సామాన్య పూర్వ సంవత్సరం 12000 నుండి సామాన్య పూర్వ సంవత్సరం 2000 మధ్యకాలంలో ఆదిమానవులు తలదాచుకున్నట్లు తెలుస్తుంది. (2)గుహలోపల పెద్దపెద్ద ఇటుకలు ఉండటంతో ఈ గుహలో సిద్ధులు లేదా ఋషులు నివసించే వారని తెలుస్తున్నది.(3) గుహ ముందట కోడుగుడ్డు ఆకృతిలో ఉన్న రెండు గ్రూవ్స్ ఉన్నాయి (4) గుహ ముందటి నుండి గుట్ట చివరి అంచు నిర్మించబడిన కోట గోడలు కనిపిస్తాయి. ఇక్కడ కుడి వైపునుండి కాకతీయుల పాలకులు నిర్మించిన కోట లోపలి వైపు వెళ్లడానికి రహస్య మార్గం ఉంది. ఈ మార్గం గుండా సైనికులు చెఱువులోకి దిగి స్నాన పానాదులు , దాహార్తిని తీర్చుకోవడానికి వీలుగా శిలకు తొలిచిన మెట్లు ఉన్నాయి.(5) చెఱువు వైపు దిగువన ఏటవాలుగా ఉన్న శిలపై ఆలయం నిర్మించే ప్రయత్నాలు చేసినట్లు తొలిచిన పునాదులు సాక్ష్యంగా ఉన్నాయి.
6) ఈ ఆలయ రాతి పునాదుల పక్కన శిలకు అసంపూర్ణంగా చెక్కిన భైరవ శిల్పం ఉంది.
7) సిద్ధుల గుట్ట వెనుక వైపు భద్రకాళి చెరువు మధ్యలో ద్వీపంలా ఉన్న గుట్టపై నవీన శిలాయుగం నాటి ఆది మానవులు రాతి పనిముట్లను తయారుచేసుకున్న పరిశ్రమ ఉంది. 50 కి పైగా గ్రూవ్స్ ( పొడవైన బద్దులు ఉన్నాయి (8) గుట్ట పూర్తి ఉపరితలంలో సమతల ప్రదేశంలో బృహద్ శిలా యుగం నాటి డాల్మెన్ సమాధి ఉంది.చెరువులో రాక్షస గుళ్ళను పురావస్తు శాఖ గతంలో గుర్తించింది.
పురావస్తుశాఖ సమగ్ర పరిశోధన చేస్తే భద్రకాళి చెరువు, చెఱువు చుట్టూ ఉన్న గుట్టలు పర్యాటకులను మరింత విశేషంగా ఆకట్టుకుంటాయని పరిశోధకుడు తెలిపారు.

From the right here there is a secret passage to the inner side of the fort built by the Kakatiya rulers. Through this route there are steps taken to the rock to quench the thirst of the soldiers by going down into the pond. 5) Evidence of the removed foundations of attempts to build a temple on a steep rock downstream towards the pond. 6) Beside the stone foundations of this temple there is an incompletely carved Bhairava sculpture of the rock. 7) On the back of the Siddhu Gutta, there is an industry where the early humans made stone tools of the Neolithic on a hill like an island in the middle of the Bhadrakali pond. There are more than 50 grooves (long trunks) 8) On the full surface of the mound there is a dolmen's tomb of the Brihad Stone Age in a flat area. The researcher said that if the Department of Archeology conducts a comprehensive research, the Bhadrakali pond and the mounds around the pond will impress the tourists more and more.

i visited this bhadrakali temple n to see this lake but suddenly in night not able to see. next time i will visit in day time i like warangal very much but i dont why i am loving it. its simply love start in my heart when listen warangal.

There were thousands and thousands of these historical signs in and around Warangal/Hanamakonda. if these places were in other countries, they should have developed these places like Rome and Greece. Apathy of politicians and lack of local interest are the main reasons. The neglect of heritage monuments and attraction to modern living is eroding the very cultural roots of these places. A good exploration and discovery that may encourage others to step into this unexploited and beautiful culture of Warangal. This land of Hanamakonda/Warangal is more precious than Rome and Greece. Kakatiyas are very wise in selecting this land as their capital.

కొత్తకొండ గుట్టపై అప్పటి టైల్స్ చూసాను. భువనగిరి గుట్ట పైనా చూసాను. కిలాశపూర్ కోటలో నివాసాలు ఉన్నాయి. జాఫర్ ఘడ్ గుట్ట పై రాజుల ప్యాలెస్ ఉంది.
రేపు 16 /1/25రోజు భద్రకాళి చెరువును రెండవ సారి చూడటానికి వెళుతున్నా.. వీలైతే మీరూ రావచ్చు
