I cry everytime I hear this song. Miss my X so much, before she left me and felt so sad for my children. After 5 years, is there always à chance my X could come back to me. I was never married to her, so there was no divorce. She simply told me to leave, after 24 years we had all lived together and our life had become like for so many, stressful. The hardest was losing my best friend my beloved German Shepherd Dog on December 13th. How Ironic that George died on Christmas day when he loved Christmas so much. I cry everytime I hear this song. Miss my X so much, before she left me and felt so sad for my children. After 5 years, is there always à chance my X could come back to me. I was never married to her, so there was no divorce. She simply told me to leave, after 24 years we had all lived together and our life had become like for so many, stressful. Is there any chance, my X could want to come back to me, after over 5 years already, we both live alone 😪

I was singing this song over and over then I heard the news. I can't wait until 2016 is over it has taken away someone special from us all.
Duran Duran referred to the the so-called curse of 2016 - following the deaths of David Bowie, Prince and Rick Parfitt. Now George Michael and Carrie Fisher. The hardest was losing my best friend my beloved German Shepherd Dog on December 13th.
How Ironic that George died on Christmas day when he loved Christmas so much. He held on just long enough to see his last Christmas. Now my beautiful German Shepherd Dog sits at The Edge of Heaven with the greatest entertainment until we meet again. Take good care of them buddy. RIP George and Run Free Dux.

Hi David Sebile, my husband put this song on for me on Christmas Morning, 2020 & I started to cry, like I am now. Just came across this tonight, what a performer. We will never have a singer-songwriter arranger of his talent, in our lifetime. It was too soon for him to go. WHY, WHY WHY? He was such a beautiful person, like my Mum, she was only 51 when she passed away. Way too soon as well. Then on the drive home from Christmas Dinner, it was about 10.00pm, & it came over the radio. I have been fortunate to see many great artists live but George was the best - was only telling family that on Christmas Eve when Last Christmas came on my iPod. I was just devastated to hear the awful news on Christmas Day, I truly hope he knew how much he was loved and respected. A wonderful man and a terrible sad loss to this world.
