There is a LOT of stuff being put into the content vault when Final Shape launches.
So in this vid I'm covering every single season the past year - what weapons are going, what activities are going and what materials.
The video will give you the best idea of what to target so you don't lose out on some this years best weapons and best activities - sometimes you just don't know the scope of what being vaulted!

It's absolutely ridiculous that there vaulting relatively new weapons, exotics, armour and a few otge4 bits.
Don't worry too much - the exotics will probably find their way back into the game at some point and the legendary weapons may end up being a loot pool for an exotic mission

Crafted Different Times can be a really great pulse rifle. Thin Precipice is great with Banner of War for titans.

I'm fine with Vexcalibur going into the kiosk so long as they make the catalysts easier to earn. That mission was doable solo in normal but to do it 3 times in Legendary for ho-hum catalysts is just pain.
It was an interesting mission though.

I find I use the defiant engrams for armor focusing …best rolls come from there…I’ve had all the red borders since that season so yeah best option focus armor for your builds if you are like me and already have all the RBs

@@timesausages last night I ended up using like 30 engrams to get a helmet with a perfectly good roll for my hunter…it was for sure lacking nearly zero recovery for a build I had

I need to do Avalon on Legend for the Queensguard title, and I need to do a Pressurised Deep Dive to get the Aquanaut title.
I’m also short a couple of Red Border Hunter and Titan Sword patterns.
I get about 1 Red border for every about 20 engrams used but I never seem to have more than about 10-20 so it’d take ages.
I loved fishing and have probably spent more time fishing than anything else since it came out.
In Wish, I’m missing 2 opaque cards, but no idea how or where to get them. I’m also missing 2 Red border Locus Locutus snipers to unlock it.

You can get a guaranteed red bar on all the craftable weapons weapons on helm just by the deepsight focusing request the tim lost vex weapons the wish weapons the queens favor weapons & the taken weapons each weak, just look in each seasons log they will tell you the requiments. I think the wish requirment is just putting on all the wish amour set, vex time lost is I think just getting a certain amount of kills with any of the vex weapons the queen weapons are just by buying it at the in one of the focusing nodes at the war table.
Im still grinding for the Aquanaut title I only need to complete that Pressurized trial & Secret mission with those broken blades but everytime my tm8 enter the normal mission and I get teleported out of there
I have one wish token left but nothing to spend it on when I go to Mara.

So long as none of the previous expansions like Witch Queen onward is not vaulted I'm good with some weapons being vaulted or such, because I need to still complete Witch Queen onward with my Hunter and Warlock.
If you haven't done a lot on your hunter and warlock... You definitely need to complete Shadowkeep on your hunter for assassin's cowl. Then I think osmiomancy gloves are witch queen for warlock? I could be wrong about that.
DEFINITELY get those two exotics though...
If you want an easy farm for the favors of justice/grace/zeal if you haven't done them like me, go to the first key location in avalon. Vex spawn infinitely if you ignore the key. Also, you can get multi-kills for your brave weapons too because they spawn in groups of three. And there's no time limit either!

If you go in your settings and turn off network matchmaking then play vanguard you will get all the old strikes.
need to dump legendary shards? then a good option is phantasmal fragments at the lectern of enchantment on the moon. 10 leg shards = 1 fragment @lectern. 10 fragments = 10k glimmer @rahool. good for those of us with hive moths flying out of our pockets when we go to pay

well considering how things usually go, they will be removed until a certain mission comes out, like how whisper and outbreak happened they will most likely come out with a mission further down the road but not for a while
I don't know if it's just me but I can't accuses the war table for some reason. I think it might because i'm a new player but some of my friends are new player and can accuses the war table, so i really don't know.
The armor from these old content vending machines is the easiest way to get high stat armor dbl and even triple 20+ stat drops are common...

Yes, it is! It was paid for content - mind you so are the seasons - but its still there!
Gold tusk is a worth while hunter sword and throne cleaver is a worth while titan sword IMO.
Also really frustrating that the hall of champions is going away for however long. Has Bungie learned nothing about the fomo? Its got some time left sure but we can't get the super black keys till we unlocked all the weapons and those are time gated for a few more weeks... It's going to make people feel like they need to rush to get it done even more so if the dont have hours and hours to put into it. That's just never a good feeling.

Hate to break it to you, but none of this is being vaulted. The exotic weapons will be added to the exotic mission rotation and weapons will be purchasable at Banshee or Xur within time.
This isn't content vaulting. This is just how seasons work. Seasonal vendors always disappear when the season cycle ends.
It's an interesting point you make - what really is the 'content vaul'? - I've always thought of it as the place where Bungie 'put' stuff to use later - its not really a place- just a term that means 'coming out of the game' which is what happens at the end of every year. It's what they did at the end of Arrivals and then brought things back in various other guises.
@@timesausages That's a fair point. My understanding of content vaulting might just be wrong. I thought it was the removal of content that was once a permanent part of the game, like Io, Mars or the Tangled Shore (and along with those destinations the related campaign content). But I guess seasonal content is considered "vaulted" when it's removed, as, like you said, a lot of it is recycled back into the game in various ways.
time to get back onto the destiny grind.. sigh

I don’t recommend returning to destiny before the end of an expansion because it feels like trying to save you belongings while your house is burning down😭
Dont understand why theyd go to all the hassle of the hall of champions to pin it so quickly & yes, I'll miss fishing, it was very satisfying.

@@cubbystardust3577 also, you can still grind for and earn these guns right now. Just play the game. Every activity as far as I know will drop defiant engrams as long as you have the artifact from the war table.
