I actually think this Link is stronger for not having the Tri-force. I think that because he was given perhaps the hardest trial of all by a massive margin, he's been forced to develop and gain equipment that puts him on an almost insurmountable level above all other Links.
Yeah this link had to fight a ganon that killed ocarina of Time link and stole the triforce and became a God so yeah this link had the hardest battle of all of them.
Well, technically this Link completed 4 Zelda games, beating Ganon twice. He's probably the first Hylian to establish contact with the Mushroom Kingdom as seen in Super Mario RPG. However he's not the only one that didn't have the Triforce, as it's also the case of the Zelda I and II Link, who defeated Ganon, gathered the pieces of the Triforce of Wisdom, and obtained the Triforce of Courage all by himself, without even using the Master Sword (unless you consider the Magical Sword is the Master Sword). He also saved 2 princesses. Of course, these achievements don't include the non-canon CDI and anime events.
That’s a good theory. Maybe it explains why he has both the cunning and intellect of OOT Ganondorf, while also having the grotesque appearance and brute strength of OOT Ganon. Could also account for this being the most difficult Ganon battle in the series (but I’m old and haven’t beaten any of the games past MM)

This is probably the most powerful Link. He defeated Ganon empowered by the full Tri-Force and you face him again (as an old man) in Link Between Worlds as the hardes secret boss of the game.
Id say his Ganon fights in Four Swords Adventure, Ocarina of time, and Link Between Worlds are good contenders as well. I just like how in Four Swords and Link between worlds they improved upon this boss fight.
Ocarina of time Ganon is honestly still probably the most epic buildup and atmosphere for a final boss in all video games. Only problem is if you know what to do he is pretty easy, I wish he had a long range attack during that fight.

@@stratonikisporcia8630 been a long time since I played either game but I believe in alttp, Ganon had the complete triforce, and the entirety of the golden land reflected the heart of Ganon and transformed himself and the surrounding area into a pig and the dark land respectively. So perhaps in oot since he only had the triforce of power, only he transformed into a pig to symbolize his gluttony for power. He didn't have enough power to completely transform the world like he did in alttp. That's a COMPLETE guess though lol just going off my understanding of a game I haven't played in years.
The only version of Ganon to successfully acquire all 3 Triforce pieces and utilize its full power in combat next to Yuga Ganon who came close with only 2 pieces combined with the fusion of the old Ganon.

The Backstory of this Game is very Sad since you live in a World where the Hero of Time failed to Defeat Ganon and this Link is the Last Hope of Hyrule and Ganon has the Complete Triforce i think it is a Miracle that this Link was able to Defeat Ganon the End of this Game is more Motivational knowing this
I don't think Ganon should replace Ganondorf if he was decided to be added into the roster, however he would probably just suffer from the great and infamous "Too big to be in Smash" Syndrome. For a game with pretty iffy bosses, I’m glad they ended on a high note. Though the pits during the second phase may seem bad, I actually only fell into them once. The music is also great, but that’s a given because, well, Koji Kondo.

@Cody Engelke No, the Silver Arrows are required. Once you get to that point, he no longer takes lasting damage from the Master Sword and it only stuns him.
The blue cane is in a chamber on Death Mountain with a spiked floor going all the way to the chest its kept in to get to it you flatten three holes in the floor with mole heads sticking up with the Magic Hammer use the Magic Cape to make you invicible but watch your magic meter walk all the way to the left then up, left again ,down, left then up its in the chest key is not needed .
Hey! I've been playing this wonderful lil game (while riding on my hometrainer :) ) and I'm almost at the end. When I'm stuck, I check youtube. If anyone has the answer to this this question: In the final stage of this ganon fight, nothing I try to lever at him seems to harm him. I thought I had all the gear upgrades, but in the vid the player seems to shoot sparkling/magic arrows? I don't have those. My regular arrows don't work on that dude.
You have to get a special bomb from links house in the dark world. Then find a crack in the pyramid. Press A to drop the Bomb. Go inside and there's a fairy fountain. Drop your Bow. And you get the Silver Arrows. (You can drop the Master Sword too)
I get through the first part but on the following bit where you hit him to freeze him then shoot your arrow he doesn't freeze abd always hits me with the flames ,??
One of those bosses I find extremely easy… except I am amazing at getting myself knocked out of the arena, therefore making this the hardest boss in the game for me 0.0 baffling

Are you using the silver arrows? Normal arrows won’t do a thing to Ganon
Throw your bow in the same pool as the fairy who gives you the Gold Sword, its actually on the pyramid itself.
