Tbf pretty much anyone who worked for dragon gate during that time period was likely aware of what was going on behind the scenes even if they didn't take part in the abuse, which implicates a lot of big name wrestlers

I actually remember Partrice talking about that. He was begging McMahon to change the gimmick because his family was getting pissed, which McMahon came back with in his best Vince voice "Shut up and put on the turbin!"

I had no idea about Art Barr's past.
I remember Eddie Guerrero speaking so highly of Art in his book 'cheating death, stealing life'.
For anyone that doesn't know, Eddie and Art were tag team partners in Mexico and Art used to do the frog splash as his finisher. Once he passed, Eddie started doing it as a tribute to him.
Kinda gives Eddie weird energy to support a guy who admitted to raping a 19 year old.
They also don’t mention how Barr’s story ended…

If he didn't passed away, Art may have been part of the generation of guys that went from Mexico to ECW to WCW to WWE. Guys like Jericho, Guerrero, Benoit, and Mysterio. That is unless he would have been cancelled again in WCW.
I always wondered what happened to Tiger Ali Singh. Just up and disappeared one day, thanks for the new info! I'll give it a like just for that fact.
Wasn't he a bit of a jobber, so I just assumed he was released or went to another company.
The Singh Family do a lot of Annual Christmas Charity events in their hometown and are big Community fundraisers and are very community pro active with raising money and donating to schools and such .
Jesus that the monkey gate story made me so angry, I can’t imagine the amount of abuse she received, and the only reason the people involved showed remorse for their horrible actions was because they got caught!
The Mike Levy incident makes me sick. Those involved should absolutely have been charged with assault. I remember all that around when it happened, and everyone was furious.
The worst part about the Mike Levy incident is that there wasn't a positive way out of it.
Mike would've had to reject being pushed onto the card by the forums he cared so much about.
The wrestlers in the back would've needed to basically take him down due to needing to protect him from himself; if he didn't keep getting up, it wouldn't have escalated. If it didn't escalate, it wouldn't have ended like it did.
And someone definitely helped to rile up the boys in the back, against the "guy who couldn't sell for shit, and was only there because he was popular on the Internet, instead of being like (some) of them and working hard to hone his craft." They're to blame, too. Even the people on the forums who got Mike motivated enough to give it a try are to blame for this. It's just a shame nobody took the blame by the end...
Early in the match, Levy was selling; Moose refused to sell for him tho. Instead she just started trying to actually hurt him, so the guy was just taking it and trying to prove he was tough enough to be there. Rotten and the locker room took it waaay too far and easily could have killed that guy. On the Mic, Rotten said the guy busted Mickie s head when she had to perform on TNA later in the week; so why book her in a damned death match tournament?

Nobody ever wants to talk about the WCW discrimination lawsuits that paid out $1 million or more to plaintiffs, it's just Russo bad but he wasn't the only one mentioned.
Flair, Arn, DDP, Kanyon, Hogan, Bischoff, Doug Dillinger, Ed Ferrara, and others were mentioned in that lawsuit and not in a positive way. It was so rampant that Turner had no choice but to settle.

You know what? I'll say it. The ongoing Vince/Laurinaitis scandal is the biggest scandal in WWE history.
The Benoit and Snuka scandals may've taken lives, but they still weren't being done by tye people in charge. Thise happened inside Benoit's and Snuka's homes, not backstage in the company. I truly think we're currently living through the biggest scandal we've ever seen.

I would agree with that. Especially when you consider the potential impact and ripples this will undoubtedly have throughout the entire wrestling industry. And also, I think we're only just at the beginning of it. When it's all said and done... there may not even BE a WWE anymore.

I commented back that both my family and my ex-wife family had farmers growing up so we both both seen our fair share of chickens, ducks, and turkeys being slaughtered for food. We’ve heard squeals of pigs and rams as they were slaughtered in the in the barn. But we treated those animals with dignity and respect because they were giving their lives for us to survive.
My uncles would sell the extra or sell the skins for extra money for us to eat, and to pay for other things.

Well I know Vice is covering Chirs in the upcoming season of Dark Side of the Ring and had cover Atsushi Onita in season 3 well I hope they would cover the others in future episodes of Dark Side Of The Ring
I had never heard about MonkeyGate. That was utterly disgusting and everyone involved should have served jail time and the poor monkey should have been taken to a sanctuary or something, not just given to someone's parents to look after. UPDATE: I did some research online and it appears that current WWE star Akira Tozowa may have been involved. Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks has also mentioned an interaction with the monkey in his and his brother's autobiography.

Probably waiting for more information. Not much has been officially released and as of right now he is "detained" and being listed as a "suspect" or "person of interest", depending on which article you read. I'd much rather the authorities take the time and be thorough enough to get all the facts before making charges and formal arrests.

The manslaughter charge for Adams is BS. I'd never heard this story before, but it sounds like she was a grown adult woman who could make her own choices. Unless they left out the detail of Adams FORCING those drugs into her, that was her decision to make. She died of a self inflected drug overdose, not manslaughter.

Ian Rotten never broke out of the "backyard deathmatch scene"... So moral of the story kids... Karma is a real thing... 😂😂😂
