    Cross-over dishes are great! No weird stuff like pineapple and green peppers in the sauce? Great quick meal done in cast iron. Thank you for the shout-out for Dee and Cast Iron Wednesday. Great looking meal and great video, Helga

      LOL, I do enjoy pineapple and peppers, but this is an easy dish for me to make because I always have apple cider vinegar on hand. I don't usually have pineapple on hand, plus, the vinegar is a nice tenderizer!

    Wow those sure looked great. I don't think I've never used cider vinegar in the gravy. Weeknight wonder right there. Very yummy Helga 👍😀👋

    • @PennsylvaniacookingBlogspot
      @PennsylvaniacookingBlogspot  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, Paivi! Apple cider vinegar brings a lot of good flavor to many dishes and in this case, also tenderizes the meat.

    I like that s n s recipe Helga. Better than pineapple juice, although that's OK, but the apple cider vinegar is a great idea

    • @PennsylvaniacookingBlogspot
      @PennsylvaniacookingBlogspot  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It was just handier as I always have apple cider vinegar and not pineapple juice. Also, not quite as sweet this way, and the vinegar helps tenderize it! Thanks, Gaz!
