This video is something a little different - I created it for the Watergate Bay Hotel here in Newquay for them to play in their Kids Zone, but thought I would pop it on here too so children far and wide can join in!!

A little bit about me:
I am a full time illustrator, originally from The Lake District, now following my lifelong dream of living in Cornwall.
I love working with a range of media and materials to bring charm and warmth to my illustrations.
Since graduating, I have been continuously working as a freelance illustrator, designing my own ever expanding range of giftware, and collaborating with a broad range of clients, including books for international publishers, maps for Lake District National Park, and multiple ranges of best selling Christmas Hampers for Lakeland.
I have always been inspired by nature and animals, and loves to work both by hand and digitally to bring her work to life. Living by the sea is a constant source of inspiration for me, as well as opening up my eyes to the issues our oceans face.
When i'm not in the studio, I can be found surfing around the coasts of Cornwall, walking my 2 Border Terriers, hunting for treasures, or hiding in a cosy cafe with a cuppa and a slice of cake!

I was reading a few comments that were kind of snarky- well one definitely was! I just went back and watched your video again… cuz I didn’t remember any music!!😊 And sometimes music bothers me too, yours really doesn’t, but I do agree with one commenter- your voice is very soothing and your process of drawing is too so You could leave the music out. It can’t be too bad cuz I didn’t hear it!! Lol!

Thanks so much! I think its just personal preference as I also have lots of people who find it so soothing! I try to mix it up a bit in my videos to have some with and some without to help please everyone! 😊

Not a bad video, but I was expecting to see the drawings shown on the video thumbnail. Definitely a higher level than the stick leg dogs. Rather deceptive, that.
Hello! Sorry for the mix up - I wanted to keep them really simple as this video was made for kids to watch and join in with - but adults are also able to enjoy it too! 😊
@@beccahallillustration Yes, certainly, it has it's value. Even this old "kid" appreciates the clear, simple steps. I do think that people of any age appreciate knowing what they're shooting for in the end. Thanks for your reply & your informative video.
Nice lesson…but the noise/music is awful. Too intense. Too distracting. What’s the point? Art? Or noise?
