    I'm a month in with the program...I shoot .5cc of 150mg of cyphonate twice a week... I've been in the gym since day one...I feel like a beast again!!! No brain fog or depression anymore it's gone...my energy is true the roof and I feel amazing... and I'm only a month or 4 weeks...on the second bottle now and I wish I would of started year's ago....my test level was 280 at 48 yrs old.... just enough to get me thru 5 hrs of work... Best thing I've ever done for myself....

    Keep Telling yourself, subtle slower improvement over time is the healthiest and best way. I went in wanting subtle slow improvement. I’m on week 6, after three weeks there was like a 10% improvement in energy, motivation and libido. I could actually get out of bed and work for an hour or two vs avoiding any work(work from home) or personal responsibilities. At week 6, about 30% improvement, don’t feel like Superman just killing it like I did 10 years ago(age 40), but almost normal where I feel like I won’t get fired for underperforming at work.

    I’m 4 weeks in. Started going to the gym (mental boost) and I’m trimming down like crazy. The morning wood is insane. That hasn’t happened for 10 years (39). My t level was at 178, waiting for my bloodwork to come back. This is the best money I’ve ever spent. It’s absolutely worth it.

    So glad to hear this. I’m at week 4 of 150mg/week (2 shots) and really was expecting a miracle in s bottle. I’ve had glimpses, but nothing consistent…and no noticeable change in body composition (eating well and lifting 5 days/week). I have felt anxious about not seeing changes (I guess I expected my body fat to drop)…but it sounds like I’m just being impatient.

I am a veteran and after speaking to others in the community that had the same symptoms recommended I see a trt doctor. I did and my number was 64. Which is insanely low. You can imagine the issues I was having. I receive my first injection this coming Thursday, I am stoked to finally feel normal again and not like I’m dying a slow death.

      @@lelandwhitehead56 yeah thanks for adding
      I’ve added a lot of muscle mass
      Hard for me to notice as i see me everyday
      But my friends are constantly saying “let’s exercise i want to get jacked like you!”
      Only downside is when i was a teen i developed a minor amount of gyno from puberty
      But not really ever noticeable
      Lately though as I’ve been getting a lot of muscle in my whole body, my pecs are so much stronger and developed muscle wise, but since I’ve also leaned out combined with building muscle, my gyno protrudes more and is more noticable to me
      I hate it and actually am scheduled to get the tissue removed soon
      It wasn’t caused by my TRT though and my TRT hasn’t given me any symptoms of gyno this was pre developed
      I’ve not got any new tissue thankfully
      I’m much stronger, my voice got deeper gratefully as i always had a voice similar to a woman-hard to deal with so I’m very thankful
      Got my levels very high to where my doctor lowered my dose (not that i wanted him to) but i still am in the high 8-900s
      I just got a little weaker after peaking in November when my levels were the highest
      Im not much weaker really, i just have plateaued since then
      Before my dr took My dose lower, my PRs were going higher every week if not twice a week
      Since then my PRs are plateaued but not weaker really
      Overall, would recommend.
      I advise going in for blood draws more often then drs ask, because it helps give u better awareness
      But far more positives than cons, my blood pressure went down (used to suffer from high blood pressure)
      I look way better and am happy to be on it.
      I’m happy with how i am now, but if my dr let me I’d up my dose because i never had any bad symptoms ever since getting my estrogen levels steady
      Would love to raise my T dose but doctor likely won’t allow

    I'm half way through my 6th week and also like only a few have felt no improvements yet in any areas. From libido to energy to mood and everything else are all the same prior to starting. I'm starting to feel very disappointed and let down. I know I'm supposed to be patient, and I'm trying. My doc has me on .5 ml (100mg) of test cyp and .5 ml (100mg) nandrolone (for my shoulder pain) together once a week IM injections. I started with glute injections and my week 6 injection I switched to my delt to see if it makes a difference in speeding up the process. Only thing I experienced was soreness in my delt for about 2 days. I'm going to stick with the delt injections because at least I felt SOMETHING even though it was soreness. Honestly, all the glowing comments on how everyone is feeling amazing is making me feel depressed and I don't suffer from depression, but I'm starting to now.

    Colour television lol. So harsh Sam!!! You are a bad man. Love the banter!!!
    My supply has become shy and with the new laws within the country on the other side of the world. I may have to come to a legitimate clinic like BMH!
    Also I have noticed that my usual 100mg isn’t doing what I usually see from that dose. Still the same multi vial so not a different product. I am sure it’s receptor down regulation as my bloods are as usual. But it could also be that my life has become so much busier after my recovery from my last job. Maybe a slight increase but I find that some time off is always good. However baring in mind physical and mental health from time off and shut down of the HPTA.
    The complexity of it all is a mind maze!
    Maybe some time off is due but also maybe HCG and Proviron could be the answer.
    Keep at it 💪💪💪

It is really increasing my mood, sleep, and a little muscle growth with each workout. A 45 year old male only produces about 50 mg of test weekly. So I think that twice the normal production of test would be enough for me.

    I’m on 100 mg a week and did absolutely no for me for the last 4 weeks!!!! My doctor says I assimilate it very well on test cypionate but I wonder if I can start moving on to bigger and better things like Npp or sust 250?? Cypionate takes a really longtime for me! Even test e it probably highly under dosed what should I do???

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not sure why prescription test r would be under dosed. If you mean your doctor is prescribing a lower dose than you require for your symptoms then that would be different. Is the dose split as 50mg twice per week? 100mg weekly May or May not be enough but 4 weeks in is still early days. Give it time and look at the trough levels that’s the level on the day you inject before you inject. If that is in the upper end of the range it may tell you if your getting enough though symptoms play a part as well but usually the further into treatment. Early days of treatment need some time for improvements.

      Around week 4-6 you'll start to notice a difference. At 3 weeks I was like damn I'm not feeling any different and then literally over a course 2 days in the latter part of my 4th week...bam. Noticed a change almost over night. I'm going on my 5th week now. Feeling better and better on a daily basis so far. Stick with it bro. I'm doing 50 mg every other day and I find that is a perfect dosing as your levels don't fluctuate very much yet you're getting a relatively larger dose than doing daily micro dosing. This equates to roughly 175 mg per week. 150 one week followed by 200 the next.

    • @baddgoat85
      @baddgoat85 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @David Muenchow umm that's 200 per week bro. 50 mg Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat = 200 mg. The next week is 50 mg Mon, Wed, Fri = 150 mg. So, what are you talking about? If you're getting 200 mg per week then you can do the same thing and it'll actually last you 2 weeks longer than doing straight up 200 mg per week. Think you may have jumped to a conclusion without doing the math lol. It's OK I'm guilty of doing that quite often

    • @baddgoat85
      @baddgoat85 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @David Muenchow it's much better than doing 100 mg every 5 days or 200 mg once per week. After 8 weeks I'll probably drop the dose to 25 mg/day and do daily injections.

    Dont take trt. That’s the easy way out. Unless you want to depend on big pharma for the rest of your life. (Trt being a $2 billion dollar industry)
    Instead focus on diet sleep exercise. Get your blood work done and find out what micronutrient you may be deficient in.

      Addressing health through diet, sleep, and exercise is crucial. It's wise to explore micronutrient deficiencies. However, for some, TRT might be a valid option under proper medical guidance. Always consult with a healthcare provider to determine the best approach for your individual needs. 🌱💤💪👨‍⚕️

    Sooo I have a question. I'm on state healthcare at the moment. I went through 9 months of testing and they FINALLY found the issue. I have a pituitary adenoma that's blocking my LH and so my total test was between 36 and 101 for the 9 months. Got sleep apnea treated and my Doctor put me on Testosterone Gel 12.5mg per pump, I do 4 pumps every morning. I'm at the 6 week mark and my Doctor wants bloodwork. He told me "we keep your Total Test between 400-600" and... that's bullshit lol It should go by how I feel... which is amazing compared to what I was 6 weeks ago. Long story short, I have to get bloodwork and REALLY don't want my doctor to cut down what I'm on. I'm afraid it will be TOO HIGH and he'll lower my dose. What do I do? I want to know what my Total Test ACTUALLY IS right now... but I don't want it cut... HELP!! 😂

      There are private testing options that are patient centric and can be ordered directly by the patient. In the USA your can try discountedlabs.com or in the UK, Ireland, and Spain you can order a test from balancemyhormones.co.uk
