I stopped watching over a year ago but maybe yahtzee has finally stopped being a super liberal wanker and finally learned not to alienate his audience politically and just stick to his fucking job reviewing games and game stuff.", but nope. Honestly as someone who did the entire story and sidequests twice, this was a reason to go back. Fallout Royale is fast becoming the main game.

@@ramiel7666 I've had less dcs than the launch. That was really bad! Honestly I don't feel it's as bad as some think and community is fine, but it's a watered down version of the Fallout experience. This PVP is more playable than Survival which is just terrible.

Yahtzee seems to be really the only one showing any actual skepticism about cyberpunk, which is oddly refreshing.
Been waiting for this game so long I’m sure it’s become trash which makes me incredibly depressed.
@@verdiekus___6084 I think the reason people form such negative opinions about the game is because of the toxic CDPR fanboys spouting mindless babble, i.e. how it's "game of the year 2020". If you think otherwise do say so, but I for one am certain the game will be nothing more than Deus Ex with Keanu.
Most of the skepticism is just because "dude Keanu Reeves" brings haunting ghost whispers of "Terry Crews is in this game" from Crackdown 3's grave. Celebrities are always distraction tactics.

@@Wizuu0274 its probably also because not much was shown after that demo they had a year or 2 ago, which they stated was subject to change. Also as a reaction to all the cynical gamers who always mocked hypebeast presentations saw john wick on stage and decided that CP 2077 was the game of the decade because this seasons celeb that the internet loves now is in the game.

I'm still physical only for games, except for small indie games. My internet can barely stream one SD video, much less download a game in a day.
I'm terrified for the future of streaming games.

I have a data cap, so downloading large games is kind of a no-no for me. Also, I'd like to keep other things on my laptop's disk, not just your poorly compressed files, video game developers.

Square Enix's Marvel game(s) are the reason why Edios isn't making the next Deus Ex sequel any time soon. Given that the last one had a five-year development cycle we'd be lucky if the game ever releases eventually. Hopefully by then I'd be content with multiple DXHR-DXMD, and Cyberpunk 2077 playthroughs.

@Shaltinanwenor Well, Devolver knows they aren't taking things seriously and are just having fun with it these days. Besides, most of their bootleg games they announced this year honestly seem pretty fun actually.

I kind of miss the days E3 wasn't a big deal (because then they were forced to show gameplay to investors).
And then you have the glorious scene of indie and indie-ish, where there's some gameplay available
And that includes the one fucking game I'm most hyped for, and I'm surprised Yahtzee didn't mention given how much he seemed to like the first one : Hollow Knight - Silksong
And now I'm glad I didn't waste my time watching any of it. I googled announcements and watched 2 trailers and that's it.

There are a metric fuck ton of extremely promising titles on the horizon, but I am positive Doom Eternal is _at least_ gonna be the best FPS this year by a mile.

Clearly made before Pokémon announced the National Dex wouldn't be coming, as I'm sure he'd have some choice words about their games costing 50% more and having less content.
Except he wouldn’t because he’s not really a Pokemon fan.
And more to the point, I’d rather have a more fleshed out world and a better quality in the game over having Magmar in every single game.
@@NathanCassidy721 yeah, like have the pokemon act like their description more. You see wild pokemon fight each other or they travel in a herd and jump people. You see it actually happen as gameplay and not as a cut scene

Firstly, the games being hacked isn't suddenly going to stop, and the method of transferring Pokémon, the Pokémon Bank, was so attuned at disallowing hacked Pokémon that even legitimate event Pokémon would be flagged. Transferring isn't the problem.
Secondly, even if one decided to stop transferring Pokémon, it'd be relatively easy to incorporate the rest of the Pokémon to be found in game, or of that would affect the story, as part of the post game.

What you will get instead is a glorified 3DS game, with considerably less content, and a price hike.

Figures that the only member of "games media" to actually give Cyberpunk it's very much deserved dose of skepticism would be Yahtzee.
Also, apparently the only other person in the planet to realize the FF VII remake has a giant development gap.
Our whole team that went to E3 saw the demo weren't overly impressed by it. This was probably due to a big portion of the demo focusing more on the RPG aspects and not the world / combat, etc that made the first 45 min gameplay footage they showed look so impressive. If you're an RPG fanatic, what they showed off looked good. However, The Outer Worlds seemed more impressive in terms of actual choices you can make in an RPG - Nick

E3 nowadays can be summed up in one simple piece of advice: Find a good game. Found it? Good. That's the only good thing, the rest is shit. Move on with your life, never attend E3 again.

It's especesally weird to watch this and realize that Yahtzee's only time at E3 was possibly his last chance ever. He probably would wish he had gone years ago, if not for the livestreams that have functional replaced e3.
E3 was just a big presentation for giving doom eternal a release date. And I'm not even disappointed.

well e3 2019 vid is longer then other e3 vids, you should go to e3 every year (and suffer) if it means longer epsiodes!
I still can't believe that even with a console Pokemon game they can't figure out a way to actually let you control your Pokemon during battles, on a PS4 or Xbox style controller it would be easy, your 4 attacks for your shoulder buttons, joystick movement, jumping, dodging, maybe a basic tackle or scratch option for the normal buttons, and BOOM, millions upon millions of dollars

God I needed this after a long night of work. I don’t know what Yahtzee identifies as, but he’s an angel. A swearing, over the top, down to earth, cynical angel, but an angel nonetheless.
I think Breaht of the Wild 2 could be innovative if they focus on Link and Zelda having to use teamwork.

England still uses the Imperial measurement system for some things, they stopped metrication (switching to metric for those who never heard the term) further along the process than we did here in the States.

Don’t worry, a lot of Pokémon fans are with you right now on the Sword/Shield skepticism
Pokemon fans are only upset that they're not getting every Pokemon in existence in the game, instead of being upset at more reasonable things like Gamefreak getting away with selling the same games to them over and over for the course of over two decades. It takes a special kind of autism to enjoy this level of mundane games, and I'm pretty sure that most Pokemon fans stick around for the waifus because Gamefreak pulled a Fire Emblem and started focusing on waifushit instead of making a good game.
