When we had the farm, goats were weed control and cats were vermin control.

People can eat most of the Kudzu Plant and goats really love to eat it. Japanese prepare and eat this plant so bring in some Japanese to teach Americans how to process this plant for food and herbal meds

Sheep graze like cows. For kudzu you need goats for that high reach....the goats will eat those thick main vines also.

Do they really kill the plants or just eat the leaves ?

I believe that they mostly eat the leaves, but the lack of leaves on the plant forces it to use its root energy reserves to growth new leaves. Eventually, those energy reserves (after repeated grazing) are depleted and the plant dies.

Americans are so afraid of eating plants. Kudzu is edible, for humans, and nutritious. Just eat them. Their roots are sweet.

America has plenty of actual edible plants and doesnt need some invasive shit weed.
