Hello Danny. Thank you for doing this very interesting video. Happy Autumnunal Equinox Day! For your heavy cold I recommend the following: Vicks vapour rub. Rub on chest, neck, forehead and your back 4 times a day. Must be Vicks vapour rub! Also, in case you may get a sore throat, a chloraseptic throat spray. Available in most chemists and stores like Superdrug. The cheapest price you will find this throat spray is Savers health and beauty stores! My nose gets very sore when I have a cold, so I recommend a pot of vaseline petroleum Jelly for a sore nose. It really soothes! Also, squeeze half a lemon and a thick tablespoon of honey into a nice mug of hot water. Then stir well and drink when a bit cooler. Repeat twice a day for up to 10 days and you will feel so much better! Drink lots of water, to hydrate and to break a fever. Also, make sure that you get plenty of sleep and maybe go to bed a bit earlier, while you are feeling under the weather. I love your cabin look in the background of your home.
