I used to go to a weekly auction a few years ago and absolutely loved it. I bought a few bits and pieces but learned such a lot about ceramics and China. Sadly, it closed down during the pandemic and there isn't another locally. You have some lovely finds there 👍 Angie❤
Carl Larsson was a famous Swedish artist circa 1900. He mostly painted his family and his homes. Maybe you've seen the figurine of the girl in red, holding apples. These figures are based on two of his children. This sort of thing sold well in Minnesota a few years back, because of our large Swedish heritage population. I don't have any figurines, but I do have about a dozen prints of his paintings.
Loved looking at your goodies with you Jane. We used to visit auctions and it’s contagious isn’t it and I agree with you about sticking to a limit. Look forward to your next one, good luck with your sales 😊
The grapes dish would be useful under a pillar candle and the grapes jewelry pin could be worn on a dress or jacket. Put the bao ding balls in the same hand and roll them around each other to exercise fingers and relieve stiffness.
The round metal thing with grapes is I think a wine bottle holder 😊
Looks like you did really well there, good luck with selling it 😀 xx
I would try hob cream cleaner ( hobrite ) or bar keeper friend to get the marks off the china .
Love that tall stoneware jug. It's very on point for people who are doing retro-70s decor.
Ahhhh Toby mugs! My grandmother had a huge collection of various sizes of those Royal Dalton mugs

The stains on those plates can be removed with bicarbonate of soda.....
The brass could be a walking stick handle.
@@DianeBaseden yes, maybe! I will see if there’s anything similar
