The guy with the moustache is a political activist on the run while his friends who used to be the strongest kid in the class is a heroine addict. In that particular scene , the guy with the moustache Ghodrat who badly wants his friend to kick his addiction habbit shouts at his old friend he calls Sayyed, " do you remember how strong you were?, do you remember when you used to punch the wall and make a massive dent in it, do it now, do it, hit the wall, punch it, punch it , .... Rex movie theatre in the city of Abada south of Iran was screening this movie while 420 people were watching it they were burned to death by a conspiracy. I love dariush, no disrespect but honestly he'd be nothing without our great song writers such as varoujan, shamaizadeh, and farid zoland. also the incredible poets such as ardalan sarfaraz and janati-atai. unfortunately the real talents behind iranian songs didn't get half the recognition the singers got.
there is a context you are missing here. the title of the song is an iconic antihero in a kinda film noir played by the same actor you see in these scenes from another film noir and the junky character he plays. the song is about all the old values being diminished and roles being swapped. Gheysar becoming a junky who would kill his own brother instead of seeking vengeance for him. and so on mentioning old heroes from the era of cinema in contradiction .
dude, film noir is a genre, not all black and white films are film noir. this film is from the 70s, we didn't get color movies till late 70s. this movie is very political, about addiction, corruption and decent people who want to do the right thing. imagine that, people thought shah's regime was corrupt back then. now they're drowning in corruption. nobody can even make movies like this. they appreciate shah now after 45 years.
