Gday, thanks for watching. There is definitely some wood there. But being a semi popular spot there isn't heaps.

How are you liking that shower awning? Realistically, do you use it much? Also wondering about the 270 awning and your experience. Thanks again for sharing your travels, I always enjoy watching 👍🏽

Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. I find the shower awning is great, I have used it several times not only as a shower tent on my QLD trip but also VHC trips. It also doubles .as a place for my wife to use as a change room. I paid $149 for it so it want a massive investment.
Tne 270 was awesome for coverage in the huge rain I copped on a recent vhc trip. Coverage over tne rear door was a big plus. This summer I'm sure the extra shade it provides will be welcomed too.
      Cheers
      Rich

@@OffroadTouringLife Thanks mate, that's awesome. I have just ordered the bushwakka 270 extreme darkness for my FJ. Will be great for shade as well as rain cover indeed! Very excited. The shower tent might be next on my list.. ! Thanks for sharing your experiences

Nice mate, happy to share. If I was to get another shower tent one with a roof would be good.

Enjoyed the episode, but 600kms to stay one night and only eat canned veggies and packet chicken? You had a great fire pit setup and could have luxuriated your self with some fresh food cooking.

🤣 I could have but fuel is dear! I keep it pretty simple! I can never pass up the chance to camp on the Murray River. Thanks for watching. Cheers
