I must've gotten lucky if that's the case. Although dpi deviation happens to every mouse occasionally. Even Logitech and Razer have had those problems. There's always a small chance of getting a copy of any mouse that has dpi deviation. Hopefully it's not a wide spread issue with the haste 2 though 🤞
Does the Ngenuity software detect/read the Haste 2 wireless in Bluetooth mode? In my case, its only detecting the mouse in 2.4 GHz mode. Is that a genuine issue?
How long white turn into yellow? I have no idea I should buy black or white. I like white but white will turn into yellow so i just want to know how long.
so should I buy the wireless first version or second version? or just a different wireless mouse altogether (though im tryna keep it cheap but still want a wireless mouse)?
I saw your review of the steelseries arctis nova 7 and would you say it doesn't sound bad its just not your sound and also do you say the steelseries arctis nova 7 footstep positioning is horrible or is the footstep positioning pretty good also did you try the turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 max and if so do you think it has way too much bass because you said that the nova 7s have way to much bass but i watched other reviews and they say it basically has no bass at all so what your trying to say is that everyone ears is different and you think some people will like the sound of the nova 7 but in your opinion you think a other headset sounds better because your ears like the sounds on that different headphone.
I think some people will for sure enjoy the sound of the arctis nova 7s. They worked great for positional audio I just didn't like how distorted everything sounded. (Everything sounded a little lower pitched to me) but they weren't super thumpy either if that makes sense.
I am just confused between white and black colour options. Considering wired option so dont want the cable to look dirty after sometime... What are your thoughts?
What mouse did you end up getting I’m planning on upgrading from the rival 3 and I want something similar in shape and better performance as I love this mouse
@@FLODEZZ I ended up getting the Glorious Model O- Wireless as I found the shape better imo (a smaller zowie FK). I was skeptical at first because it had connectivity issues but they fixed it now so yeah this is my endgame mouse
@@FLODEZZI would dodge rival 3 wirelss in my opinion, I bought one and bluetooth connection died, got the new one and this one is a bit crampy and has deviation on the side, its limpy. Think about something else
- hyperx pulsefire haste 2 - razer viper ultimate - logitech g pro (the 80g version) - vgn dragonfly f1 pro which one is the best for its price im still considering lol
It just plugs into the mouse at the front on one end of the charging cable and into your PC on the other end of the cable. If it doesn't work you probably have a defective copy. There's nothing fancy about the way it charges
They have very different shapes. I would base it off which you prefer. The HyperX is much flatter and more low profile and the g402 fills up the hand more.
Plz review the steelseries arctis nova 4x because you didn't like the nova 7s so you might like these so plz try to review this because i was trying to find a cheap headset for xbox and i found this so i want to see your opinion on it.
Why do you say that I wonder? It doesn't change the port itself so you could still use a normal one if you'd like. Angled cables prevent the cable from rubbing and dragging on the mouse pad and when paired with a mouse bungee it makes using mice with cords way nicer imo. LAMZU does this so well on their mice.
im a minecraft youtuber that can drag click pretty well have you tried double/triple clicking? if ur mouse can do that, than it's 99% the issue of not being able to generate enough friction try getting electric tape and/or grip tape if you still can't you need to master finger movements, for which I can give you tutorials
@@santichekl9960 hmm that is not bad I get upto 24 cps on my pulsefire haste wired 1 you don't really need more than 18 cps drag, unless you want to telly bridge
The Haste 2 is quite possibly the worst mouse on the market for wireless latency. Fixable, maybe. But it's horrid compared to Logitech, Razer, Asus, etc.
So I’m actually considering the Haste 2 and I’m specifically concerned about wireless latency. Do you have an article or video that goes over this? I would love to read/watch it
Polling rate over the speed of your monitors refresh rate is absolutely worthless. Say you have a 240hz monitor, anything over 240hz polling is a total waste. It could be 250 or 5 million, you are never going to have the ability to see it. You can't even physically display the difference on screen. Its pure marketing and worthless to any consideration.
it doesnt work like that... it doesnt matter what your refresh rate is. it isnt at all related to your refresh rate. you are talking bs and you knoe nothing.
its the worest mouse ever! lets start with dpi , omfg you can only change the dpi with 50 more plus or less example you cant not have 1630 u can only have 1650 or 1700. second when you put on high sensitive everytime u drag ur mouse you will see a huge frame escaping its kinda a lag do not buy this crap
Most mice are like that with their DPI. It has to do with how the sensor works. The mice that let you pick any random dpi have interpolation when you're not using the native DPI. Even Logitech makes you go in dpi steps of 50. As for your 2nd point I didn't experience this so I'm not sure would it could be. I wonder what your lift off distance is set to and what mousepad are you using with it ? Perhaps that could cause the issues.

Been using it for 8 month , never gave me a problem, love this mouse
Is it worth it to upgrade from hyperx pulsefire haste
I have the first version since 2018, never had a problem with it, a true legend!
Heard the haste 2 wireless has dpi deviation issue,so for now, using the haste 2 wired until I can get a good copy of the wireless one.
DPI deviation isn't even a problem.
How's the wired version holding up? Is it still as good as the day you got it or nah?
@@Aydi28 It held up fine. After a while though, I noticed the shape was a little low for me. I'm now using the M75 Air from Corsair.
Does the Ngenuity software detect/read the Haste 2 wireless in Bluetooth mode? In my case, its only detecting the mouse in 2.4 GHz mode. Is that a genuine issue?
That's not something I would've thought of. Thanks for bringing that up.
Thanks a lot for making this review using Quake Champions! Quake 4ever! 🤘
I love Quake!
How long white turn into yellow? I have no idea I should buy black or white. I like white but white will turn into yellow so i just want to know how long.
black. took like 3 years for my model o wireless to go yellow. so ugly looking at it, but black haste 2 just came in
perfect.
so should I buy the wireless first version or second version? or just a different wireless mouse altogether (though im tryna keep it cheap but still want a wireless mouse)?
The 2nd one is an upgrade for sure although if you can find a good price for the 1st one it's still solid.

I am just confused between white and black colour options. Considering wired option so dont want the cable to look dirty after sometime... What are your thoughts?
There's a wireless option for both colors. The black one I showed in the video was the Haste 1 to show the differences between this newer version
just played in quake champions against you , i was girth goblin , I WAS GETTING FRIED WITH THE LIGHTNING GUN!
Hahah I recall that name 🤣
what is best dpi and hz for this mouse ?
1600 dpi 1000hz unless you have the wired version then you can go higher hz
@@DatGoodSir 👍 thanks
@DatGoodSir but 1000 hz still great
right?
Sensor on mine feels inconsistent
Hmmm what about it feels inconsistent? It's always possible to get a faulty one from time to time.
Would you say the shape is similar to the rival 3?
There are some similarities however the haste is larger and is also a bit more flat on the sides

Is the encoder still same as the haste 1? Are the new switches still mechanical?
It's still mechanical, but it's hyperx's own custom switch from my experience they feel like ttcs but more tactile

4-7 days between charges depending on how much you use it.
is the new switches optical ?
