Q1) What is difference between restoring using iTunes and clean install using OS downloaded from 3rd party site you mentioned? Doesn’t restoring using iTunes also do a clean install internally but using Apple signed authentic OS instead of using third party site ?
Q2): Do the MFA accounts setup in apps like Authenticator, Duo, etc also get restored or do all the MFA accounts need to be reset in these apps?

My Apple ID is region from India and from last 6-months to I am in Europe, and when I go to App store and download some local application from Europe, it says App is Currently not available in your country or region. So I can't download. So can I download app without changing apple id regin? Because i don't want change region. If I create a new Apple ID, can I use two Apple IDs in one iPhone like the Android Play Store we use multiple accounts?
I have no idea if it will work or not. Please Suggest!

I was facing a battery drain issue on my iphone 14 pro max after 17.2. After again updating to 17.2.1 did not resolve my issue. Finally I did clean install as per steps given by you and my issue is resolved and also my iphone is much smoother and more responsive without any glitches. This method of restore automatically backed up and restored my esim too. Big THANK YOU and wish you great new year bhai..

Guys just wanna let you know I tried this method yesterday and felt regret immediately after trying this… I felt some lags and there was some kind of glitchy effect in animations like when I was Opening App Store and Other Apps Opening Animations were lagging from the edge and I think there was no big fix cause I had the same experience I immediately did factory reset and now everything is working properly .
