Today we got to a chance to help a young lady and her family with recouping the memories of her deceased father's cherished items that were in an abandoned storage unit we purchased. Wonderful thing you guys did! Not only giving them all of the stuff back, but you also gave that girl your time and listened, and let her tell the stories that went along with everything. I'm glad you all restored the love. I wish when I lost my storage unit. They would restored the love. When that young lady said that her and her sister was 14 months apart. what u did was nice...but id be pissed about the facility giving out your number...alot crazies out there, private info is that they should be specifically told as much. It could even be illegal. a violation of ca confidentially agreement possibly. either way, they shouldnt have done so..one call to u first would have been at least the decent thing on their part. stay kind stay blessed
I'm glad she got some of her stuff back but the other unit I feel bad that they tossed what they didn't want And trashed
Wow the storage company shouldn't give out the phone number or address etc
I would sue the he!! out of the facility. You don't know the mental state or criminal history of these unit owners or their family. they put your whole family in danger. i always tell people NEVER contact previous owners. This could have ended very badly. Thank God it didn't.
And you would absolutely lose that lawsuit!! I understand what your trying to say, but with all the public information at our fingertips nowadays, it wouldn't be to hard to find the owners of that locker on your own. I'm sure there is plenty of personal information that a quick google search would get you the name and address of the owners in a matter of minutes.
@@Scorpio1168 I'm talking about the facility giving out the Avery's info. That makes them liable if these people wanted to retaliate against the Avery's. The fact that the Averys bought the unit IS NOT PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.
