A woman's love is strong until she is ignored, then she questions her love for him. She always knows her worth even when he doesn't. I am glad Lisa got over her complex because the world needed to hear this song in her beautiful soulful voice.
This is a song for the ages. Many women of a certain age feel this, although some from a different angle; maybe husband at home, woman still working and then working in the home after her day job and trying to keep husband happy too and feeling rejected. I cry buckets over this song
(😍😍This song is so very BEAUTIFUL..... because we as women go through so much men could never comprehend .....or understand......But we always come out stronger , (This song really says it all... we as women are BEAUTIFUL, and at times we all feel Sad but We always Come through.😊(THANK You for this Post.😁

Her voice has a specific range and I think she was at the limit of that range. I have to listen to a live version to see. The song is still a fantastic piece after all these years.
That part right there made me love this video when I first time watched it!!! It gives you goose bumps!!!
As soon as she started singing I remembered how powerful this song is. It brought to the surface loving feelings and memories for all of the women that have helped shape my life from the cradle till' now.

I loved the song when it came out. A song about grown up life. A tribute to the hard working woman who keep their families going and the men who appreciate them.
AMEN 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
I saw her in concert at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood Ca., in the 90s. Needless to say she was mesmerizing.
Why can't God bring back another singer like this? Memories of my younger days.
FIELDING MELISH I wish God would because we need a singer like her again today's music can't compare to her.
@@seangowdy408 TODAY'S MUSIC SUCKS COMPARED TO THE 80'S MUSIC.
@@seangowdy408 it feels like God must think humans don't deserve it these days. Love seems lessee and less prevalent.
Nobody at the moment!
