    first thing ur suposed to do with a brandy new scooter is charge it all the way to activate the cells just FYI its healthier for it not a critism at all just advice :D

      Thanks. Although I didn't charge the scooter after receiving it, the reason was it was well over the resting voltage of the 72v battery pack. It was over 82v which is near the fully charged voltage of 84v. I agree with you about charging a battery pack that is at nominal voltage or close to it, but this situation was different. Thank you so much for watching and commenting. 🙏

    I have the Y11+ arriving in a couple of days. It's going to be interesting to compare it to your Flagship Yume.

    YOU FORGOT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.. IF USING DIFFERENT CHARGER ON DIFFERENT SCOOTER MAKE SURE THE ARE THE SAME VOLTAGE CHAGER OR YOU RUN THE RISK OF FIRE IF BMS IS NOT GOOD.

      Good catch Kev. Definitely need to use 72v for the appropriate scooter, 60v, 48v, etc. My commentary was meant for the LS7 and the Predator 72v, but I appreciate you clarifying. 🙏

    I would ONLY use the charger that’s designed for your scooter. The nanrobot charger may have different inputs and outputs that could lead to a fire.

    • @elliotbaltazar
      @elliotbaltazar  21 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The chargers included with the scooters are not designed for them. They're generic lithium ion battery chargers rated at an 84v peak. The nanrobot uses an 8mm dipole connector and the yume uses a GX-16.

      The RS is a great scooter with clean wiring. I haven't ridden that one, but the feedback I have seen leads me to believe that I wouldn't like it as much as this one. The rake angle on the stem for the RS is too extreme for my tastes. I don't like having the stem leaning into me that much. I also like the 13" tires on this scooter more than 11" tires. Two different machines for sure. Both awesome in their own ways. 👍

    Aye brotha forgot to ask um so you have to remove the deck top to unplug motor wire to change the tire on the nanrobotLS7+ 72 volt? Or can i just simply unscrew those big axle nuts from the swing arm to pull put the motor hub wheel while the wire attached? Im asking cause i fawkin the type that you have to remove the deck cover to unplug motor wire. Its just time consuming and inconvenient just stupid to do it like that and like i notice most manufacturers dont be designing escooters with plug and play type wire, the wire that right next to the swing arm that connects to the motor Hub. I was looking at the solar FF 2.0 72 volt 45 amp black edition its sort of upgraded but the dummies didnt make the wire plug and play. Iv asked em so how you go about changing tires and they told me i have to go through all this mess of opening the deck cover and finding that plug to unplug it. Then i told him why didnt you just make it plug and play type and he told me from feed back from people caused issues. So im assuming water damage cause no way in hell nothing else would damage that. So no excuse really to find a way to make it water resistant that wire to make it plug and play where both wires connect. As far as i know i know my nami klima max has that feature of plug and play type so thats a partial reason too why i bought it. But yea i like that solar FF 2.0 looks kinda cool to me just hate that tire changing method its stupid, 60 mile range kinda sucky tho lol. Excuse my french but dont know what makes this company think thats a convenient way of changing a freakin tire to having to go through all that mess.

    • @elliotbaltazar
      @elliotbaltazar  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey buddy. The LS7+ has the brakes and the motor cables on the same side and split rims, so you don't have to go into the deck for tire changes. It's not too hard to change but I wish the cables were a little bit longer. Once you drop the wheel, you're on a short leash working with it, but way better than screwing with the deck.

    • @JulianRides
      @JulianRides 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Iv changed the tires on my D6+ so the wire is probably same length as my D6+. I had to put my scooter on a stand or something to raise the height to change the tires. But man I'm gonna try to avoid those escooters that require to having to open the deck. This companies probably don't even know of such thing as plug and play type wire lol. Gets even worse some require to unscrew all the screws off the rear fender and the steering demper that's so stupid to having to do lol. That solar coworker said people gave bad feedbacks back then when that solar FF the gold edition had plug and play type. So instead of resolving that issue no the dummies decided to go back to the terrible method of changing tire lol. I gave em a comment about that on one of there shorts about people don't like to be opening decks to simply change a tire so hopefully if they upgrade there models or put new models they will take my word of advice.

      @elliotbaltazar  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@JulianRides Yeah, maintenance is not something riders wanna struggle with. I asked Yume about plug n play motor wires and they said they didn't want it to be a failure point. 🤷 I definitely would like manufacturers to concentrate on making maintenance easier for these things.

    • @JulianRides
      @JulianRides 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Failure point? Wtf there you go another excuse they make not to make it plug and play. Like I said it's only failure point if they don't make it water resistant cause I don't see no other way of it being failure point. To me it's just pretty crucial to make people's lives easier to change tires. The easiest method that iv seen too is on the Obarter D5 electric scooter and maybe the wolf king GTR. When I bought my supreme I had no clue that I had to open the deck to simply change a tire if I would of known so many flaws about that scooter earlier I would of totally gotten something different. There's nothing difficult about finding a easy method for both of those connectors to attach without getting wet. They don't take it serious to make tire changing easier for people what I know so far. So pretty much the right thing to do from now on is to ask the seller the tire change method before buying.
