125 St Crosstown Subway - A Better Phase 3 For SAS?

The Second Avenue Subway, one of the most notorious subway projects in the New York City area, not for how many people it will help and serve, but for how long it has been under construction has one major flaw, a lack of capacity. Therefore, I don't think that Phases 3 and 4 should be constructed under the current plans. In this video, I talk about my plans for a better Phase 3, which just might serve more people, and a greater purpose.
