Maybe more than five tips, but I'm not gonna charge extra for those. Lol Hope this gives you all some ideas to bring a little more personality to your "junky" cars and trucks.
I have a soft spot for a 68-72 C10, so I'm glad that your last video wasn't the last we saw of yours. I'm 100% with you on the earlier grill. The 68-70 is for me where its at.
Thanks. I'm trying to get better at quality and filming. My next video (Feb 28) is going to be different, but show a little bit of things I've learned and want to do.
I have to say it looks better. Especially after the wheels and grill. The colors you have chosen, anthracite, black, gun metal grey are all favorites and look good together. ...and i'm with you, the back needs to come down a bit more...there's too much empty wheel well left over still.
I really liked what you did with the plastidip spray and might be an option on my c10 in between what I’m doing to mine. Your lowering stance is very close to what I’m looking for. I’m watching those videos now because I was interested in how far you went on your rearend compared to the front. I thought you went with 2 inch lowering coil springs on the front but you mentioned 3 inch in this video.
Yes, this is 3 inch up front, 4 inch HD coils out back plus a 1 inch block. I've since started to upgrade again to airbags and drop spindles. There will be a video eventually.
I like the wheel choice. Size and offset are just right. You mind sharing the gray color the rally wheels? I’m working on the same sort of stuff on my Toyota truck and it would look good with the red. I can’t justify spending too much on cosmetics while I still have mechanical issues to address.
Thanks man! The wheels will be better once I get the 18x10 on the rear like it is supposed to be. The grey color on the rally wheels and the Camry wheels is the same. It's Rustoleum 2x Satin Gunmetal. Good luck with your Toyota truck! I have six vintage Toyotas myself, and they will all be on the channel as full projects, so be sure to follow along.
i am working on a C10 72 , do you have any video on rebuild on cowl interior rebuild? when i say interior ,basically the drain tube in the cowl down to the drain hole, i have cut the cowl off just wondering. thanks ,Ed.
I don't have anything that covers that repair. There are a lot of very in-depth repair pictures and descriptions on the 67-72chevytrucks.com forum. That's where I get all the good info before I dive in.
Didn't mention the headlight mod you brought up in the first start disaster video th-cam.com/video/BgtQ4qbZy40/w-d-xo.html Love the videos! keep them coming.

Thanks! There will be a couple more C10 videos in the future, and the finale that you certainly will not want to miss!
Dang man location change! This video is great, the quality just keeps getting better.

Sweet truck!
Thanks! There is a lot more in store for this thing, it should be finished by the end of the year.

Did you finish the 620 datsun
Not yet. It will be the first project to get finished as soon as I get back to TH-cam from my break.
