I'm still confused about choosing the Razer Kraken X, HyperX cloud Stinger, Steelseries arctis 1. I don't really care about the mic, the important thing is that the sound is clear without excessive bass and material quality when slammed like a pro player when lost and upset.

@@sebastiansamaniego4433 I don’t use the mic since I have a USB Mic that i use. But if you want a headset that you do plan on using the mic then get the RAZER Kraken

@@christiaanbouw2542 they do hurt after long periods of use. I got some extra padding and glued it to the headphones and it’s muuuuuch better. Get the Kraken for better comfort.

So after about a month of using it the only negative aspect is the slight heating my ears get after long hours of schooling or gaming. Its probably just cause I live near the equator where it is very hot. Other than that everything is fine. Totally recommend. Great for the price.

The Razer Kraken is the only one I have tried in that list and the Mic Quality and sound are decent for the price.

Hey jimmy, I just bought the corsair HS50 pro and connected to the motherboard but not to the front I/O. I found that these sound like in a closed room and the treble is a bit higher. I wanted to know that whether you EQ them or you used an AMP/DAC? I don't want to sell for cheap.
I don't use any EQ or post processing. Sound is subjective, so if you don't like them then... 🤷🏼

i had the kraken x and the top of the headband is acheap solid plastic that easily cracks from normal used ive had 2 sent back and replace with warranty. would not recommend.

Hey homie! I recently bought a separate microphone , now I’m looking for a nice sounding headset for my audio, I’m aware that this has 50m drivers how would you describe the audio is it loud enough ? I’ve boughten multiple headsets such as the hyperx stinger wireless and the Corsair void pro elite wireless and the audio was really low /:
This is a really good question! I really liked the sound signature on the Corsair HS50 Pros! But they start to hurt my head after like 30 minutes of use. I am also on the path for some nice sleek profile wired over ear headphones! I should do more reviews because so far I have just found headphones I hate!

They CAN go loud? But I have a lot of volume control to put it at the level I am most comfortable with.

is it possible to attempt to balance the audio with software? I have heard of software being used for audio production headphones but don't know anymore beyond that.
Some headphones come with software that is a basic EQ where you can change the lows,mids and highs. But then you “color” all your audio which is not proffered. Sound is subjective so I always recommend getting headphones that are pleasing to your ears without tweaks.

Hello, could you tell me if the corsair hs50 are better to listen to music than the razer kraken or are they very similar i have a razer kraken i was about to buy a corsair hs50 and i always had that doubt and wanted to buy some hs50 but i could it is not worth spending more money
The Corsairs sound WAYYYYYY better for listening to music to my ears! The only gripe is that the mic quality isn’t as good and the headband starts to hurt my head after long periods of use. But it could because I have a big head 😂😂! Thanks for watching my video!

Those just come with a 7.1 surround sound adapter that plugs in via USB. If you play a lot games that support that then 🤷🏼. Sound quality is no different.

actually no, the sound is much better in razer, idk what ur hearing. and the mic alone is enough reason not to pick hs50. tried both, but razer's build quality is piss poor. where my friends hs50 is still in one piece even after all the torture

My ears dont even sit on the padding & if I have them loosened my jaw starts hurting
If I have them tightened I cant wear them for more then 5 minutes
Theres also too much bass my friends can literally hear the gun shots & explosions from my headset I have returned these back to Walmart & purchased the steelseries arctis 1
Yea thats the thing with headphones is sound is subjective, so it might be really good to some ears but you might think its trash. Also not everyones head is the same shape! @@FornaTRON sure, although improved sound quality on a mic costs next to nothing to incorporate. The technology has been around for 100 years. It's just to make them a legit step down from better headphones.
Headphones are the cheapest things to make other than shoes offered from Nike. Markup is insane for headphones compared to cost.
