This is so powerful! Thanks for making a great S2 tribute to the amazing character that Chuck Bass is. C isn't the devil or a bad person as ppl usually say, I refuse to believe that nor tolerate it. On the contrary, he has feelings & fears like everybody else on GG. His character has DEPTH and that should be cherished, not hated. I love the fact you showed us how much he suffered during his childhood, being rejected by his own father: it must be the worst feeling ever. Chuck has grown up alone and still he learned how to love unconditionally... that's why he is the one who has matured the most through the whole show, learning from his mistakes every single time and trying to be a better man, which happened eventually. I'm glad Chuck had his happy end, it was truly deserved!!
People like Chuck because for all of his faults...he knows that he is damaged. And he makes hard decisions to be a better person. He makes mistakes and he fails...but he keeps trying and focuses on his own journey.
I just want to say that I absolutely love this video, and I mean no disrespect, but I thought that Youth by Daughter would fit Chuck really well, and tried playing it in the background, and I was amazed at how well it went with the video. Someone should make one.
That scene where he’s talking about killing his mother is so tragic. I kind of wished they’d just left that storyline alone. It’s so confusing now who Chuck’s mother is.
