Topwater Fishing on the Mississippi River | 2020 FLW Super-Tournament

- Competing against 200~ other anglers over the course of 4 days, fishing for $125,000 on the Mississippi River out of La Crosse, Wisconsin. This is a 5 fish daily limit tournament with accumulative weight being the final scoring measure. Kicked the year off strong at Chickamauga with a win for the first Super Tournament of the year, so I got to put my head down and get to work finding some Mississippi River TOADS.

I’m here in Southern Minnesota(St.Peter/Cleveland areas)& my favorite bait is the buzz bait! I’ve caught all my biggest bass(& pike) on it! I use a Booyah Counter Strike Buzzbait that has two counter-rotating blades! It’s awesome! It’s great over weeds too!

Got a question for you. Big fan by the way. So I bought a green ghost to try duckett rods befor I bought your signature rods. (big price difference). I used it for about a week. Snap while bringing in a 2lbs bass. My question is are your signature series rods made any different. I feel like I payed 80$ for a peice of trash rod. Still a big fan good luck.
