Its clear that Fritz felt he should have won this match against a young opponent but 1) Michelsen is really good, a legit talent who has great size and great skill 2) Fritz wasnt as sharp at some points as he can be, and Michelsen is very good at being tenacious and also being a shotmaker.I really like both these players, Fritz is a pleasure to watch sometimes too.

I was just going to say... I guess there is a new trend with the pro tennis players. When things don't go your way, smash your racquet. They need real consequences for it. Especially on clay, I would think it damages the court. It reinforces the idea that they are spoiled and pampered in their world.
Fritz can crack a racquet over his knee. That’s so much cooler than when tennis players start wailing at the ground like a 5 year old having a temper tantrum. Fritz is gangster!
