Wow, that was a lot to change in a single lesson. It'll be interesting to see how much of it sticks. Lauren, don't stress if tomorrow morning you wake up and you feel like you've forgotten everything. That's golf. I'm sure every player of the game will tell you the same thing. Don't try too hard. Try not too stress over the short term results. Just keep checking off those setup basics and let the outcomes take care of themselves. The look on your face when you hit that 9i was the reason we all play this game. It's a ridiculously hard game, but the reward when you know the good shot that just happened was hard work and not a fluke. That's priceless. It's usually followed by a scabby shot into the water to bring you back down to earth, but again, that's golf. Love your work Claire.

Incredible to watch. Was it as fast-paced in real time as it seemed in the video?! I'm teaching my 6yo to play, and some of these tips are perfect to get his hands and hips in the right position. Watching Lauren soak it up like a sponge... impressive! Even the junior golfers i see in lessons don't adapt so quickly. Can't wait for the next one! Any golfer not subscribed is truly missing out on this.

I reckon the guys got her rotating better by literally compelling her to. This helped her to pull down on the club w/o casting it.
