i clicked "like" just from reading the title. I haven't had choclate tea since i went to jamaica with my mother at 14yrs old ( a long time) i was helping my great-aunt to shell the cocoa beans and pound them in to a paste to form the hard block. Was reminesing with my mother about it last week.
I had a Haitian friend whose wife made some of that chocolate tea when we were in Germany in 1985. I was feeling sick but after drinking that tea the sickness was gone in an hour. It has rejuvenation properties from what my friend and his wife who is Jamaican told me back then. I don’t know if Haitians make the balls in their culture. But it’s so good that I have a connection to get it sent to me in the states being that I know how to prepare it.
