For pre-alpha - its a solid demo. But we need to see some aggressive firefights to see what the AI does under pressure. And the game loop - hope they speak more about it.
exactly my issues with what I saw. AI was too easy to shoot just to showcase that there was actually the ability to shoot something. I didn't see much of what I would expect - running to cover, multiple enemies working in unison, or a large scale firefight that required some sort of tactical movements on both sides. But for it's first showcase and having the balls to give us 20+ minutes of it, I am def looking forward to playing the game.

Bots ai must have a patroling reactions. Defending their zone.. posting to their defenses.. ambushing since they are good on it... programming bots with ai is not impossible as long as the reactions programmed to them are realistic similar to realife reactions of a bandits, gand, militia ect... . Strategically figthing back... strategicall as a team and as a individuals also. As long as their reactions is not limited inot one or fix reactions... ai must choice their reactions electronically randomly a choose story reactions. Like plan a, or plan b... or maybe up to plan d reaction to make the rival more realistics and surprising like always unique
I don't think people realise how difficult it is trying to balance the ai, especially in a lush jungle environment. Just have to look at something like arma, they have years upon years of programming ai expertise and still to this day can not get the balance right. Can only hope the current use of ai tech programming makes it an easier task for future gaming....keep the updates coming.👍
making games is tough ah hell man. Software dev is tough as hell. I give props to all these guys out here trying to make games which is why I try to have constructive criticism instead of just ranting.
I ment to ask... did or do u play arma reforger ...with the modifications obviously to have that ghost recon experience??? And plus......the xbox version would b the best coop experience to something similar to gjost

This just makes the news by Ubisoft even worse as Ghost Recon was the one and only 3rd person tactical shooter out there! Now it's gonna be just another run of the mill FPS! Next they gonna announce the new Splinter Cell will be 1st person like Thief. 🤦♂
Could still all be bullshot. Not many features in this gameplay haven't been shown in the trailer, just more of the same. And IDK why everyone saying graphics is good. Looks pretty standard for UE5 and definitively indie. It has that plastic look of a vanilla UE game that hasn't been tuned by devs. That said the graphics is sufficient, especially for a indie title. The gameplay basically has the same terrain, assets and animations as what the trailer had, barring self treatment animations I guess. Dare I say the little that's here are ALL the game has at the moment. Being in "pre alpha" means nothing since it's launching into EA anyway. By nature of EA, it won't be polished and feature rich at launch. Small indie team, tac shooter, Unreal, EA. it just ticks all the boxes for a under-cooked borderline scam for me. I'd rather it they keep it in the oven longer if they truly want to make a proper game.
I think the graphics look good and don't really look like cliche UE5 but that's the least of my worries right now. If the game loop is solid and they can nail the AI I think it will be a good game to play. But we'll see.
No interest in this. I want PvE. No need for a COD warzone clone. How they hold the guns looks very weird also. Loved breakpoint, they just needed to tween the formula not reinvent it. Helldivers has shown there is a lot of interest in team based PvE if done well- as there should be as it’s amazing. There are enough PVP games out there already. Big turn off for me

This is so true. Imagine having the entire space to yourself and you can’t capitalize on it. Kind of sad.
