I live about 1 hour away from Houston if not closer. I live in Alvin Texas which is about 45-1 hour away from Houston and I want to move to Houston so bad because I mean. It's just beautiful. But.. there's a lot of violence. But good luck on the house and the build! Love the videos
Im outside Houston as well and looking in the Manvel area but prices are ridiculous. I was thinking about looking up North as well. Are you near Conroe, Livingston? I want at least 5 acres and no restrictions though so I can homestead and do what I want.
What bank did you go to for the construction loan? Im in a similar situation in the houston area and i have been looking for a bank that allows owner builders
Construction loan including the land in the loan. Land purchase price was $175k and i only paid $105k down on the loan. I financed both land and construction!
