Daily drove mine for years. Driving in the CBD, its not what you do, its how others drive/park you become more conscious of. Apart from that, its a reliable Nissan and you keep the forum bookmarks close by to deal with the fun that comes with age
Yes we need more people who actual drive their cars. Can't wait till the day i buy my R32 or R34 TT I own a c35 which come with RB25 Neo and man they drive amazing. Makes it feels as if its a luxury car
Water under pressure, plus wirh coolant/radiator fluid doesn't boil at 100C. Depends on cap, depends on gycol to water mix. Water cools better and holds more heat than gycol mixes.
You’re right, but with stock everything, at 104 coolant starts boil bubbling….i just actually changed the radiator cap to a NISMO one and that fixed that
@@the_r34_gtr with an oem 0.9 bar cap, water boils at about 117C or 242 F. The temp is measured at the outlet of the engine, so in theory the hottest spot, but not actually the hottest spot. Old caps may hold a little less pressure. The issue with going up too much on cap pressure is, you find any of those weak, old, 25 year old coolant hoses under the collector.
So for some reason when I had my R34 GTR, at 220°F it will start boiling over and spewing out of the overflow. With my 34, I haven’t had that issue yet, but I also haven’t gotten to that temperature yet either. I did notice though at over 100°C. It was starting to boil inside of the hoses because I could hear it after I turn the car off. I just recently changed the radiator cap to the NISMO radiator cap and I haven’t heard it since.
Yes, you can….and yes I will! 🎉
This r34 is a legend you need to keep this baby forever bro

@@the_r34_gtr again, depends on cap, if it's an old cap, then can lift early.
Hey I take my FD there as well sometimes
Aluminum hood. Just drop it. Don't press it down. Same R32/R33/R34. You see them with finger print dimples all the time.
👌🏾👌🏾
dad has a r34 gtr with a stock exhaust. should we put an aftermarket one on. what are your thoughts?
Yes! Go with tomei titanium or mines titanium
are you currently on out of state paper plates?
Yep!
@@the_r34_gtr I knew that looked familiar. It looks like the Washington ones. Do you plan register in California or out of state
Out of state! CA is no bueno
How did he get California plates?
Who?
car has to be 100% stock other filters ans cat back exhaust, then you pay carb about 15-17k to get it legal in cali. good luck to you
I don’t have Cali plates
Where is this meet located?
San Clemente, CA!
Yes, it gets way too much attention
😌
Looks like you need a alignment bub.
??
How?
@@the_r34_gtr I was just basing it of the video edit. Wheel's looked flush, but wheel looked off center in a couple shots.
It has a really solid track alignment with more camber/caster/toe than stock
