the Black staining on your hands is the wood stain on the fretboard. I found out about this while oiling the fretboard wood. Its a very dark blue stain that is used to make ebony fretboards look as close to black as possible. Its a common thing with ebony because people want very dark or black fretboards. I, myself like to see grain and colour shifts, so i don't mind lighter ebony. But yeah, thats what it is.
Thank you for explaining this. I thought it was just me but then I had a friend of mine play and it happened to him also. He is sweat free when he plays so we were clueless. Fascinating.
If I'm being honest I am not familiar v with the FGN series. It will all come down to preference and overall tonal options. I can tell you the tonal options are endless for the Sire
Thanka for your support and watching the video. Regarding your comment I am pretty sure I said somewhere near the beginning of this video that I wouldn't have any audio in this video just my thoughts. If you would like to hear the bass you can watch my Sire M7 sounds video (no talking just the bass). In the future I'll have a more in depth video with both talking and music.
Can't wait to hear it!
Next video about the Sire I promise to give at least a sample

Your friend has 2 Sires? Those basses must be nice! 🤪
Yes he does. He has two nice ones. Hopefully he will start posting more so people can see those amazing basses.
That long of a wait would have killed me.
It was very VERY rough
Man, I clicked so fast 😂
Lol
What’s up man?
All is well bro how about you? I don't get notifications from you anymore are you still making videos?
@@soulmca yessir. I have. Just check your notifications and redo it.
@@BigSwoleMusick gotcha. There are so many subscriptions i am no longer getting. They keep changing the algorithm and it is burying some creators.
BRO, YOU’RE KIDDING? 😮
Bro I had to wait almost a year for this jawn. The next Sire video I make will have audio I promise
