That guy at 2:52 I couldve sworn that I saw him on a Japanese TV show where they interview foreigners in Japan, and he said the same thing, he is there for manga and anime.

***** That´s great to hear mate! Hope that you will be able to do this because I think the experience is going to be amazing! Who knows we might end up meeting each other :) Take care!!
+AnniegoesMeow That´s nice my friend! Don´t worry about that you will be fine :) I´ve been in Japan over a month and everyone was so nice to me. About 8 months for me before I can move to Japan :)
+AnniegoesMeow I graduate from high school this year too! I'm thinking of doing the July term. Maybe we'll run into each other! We'd stick together as 18 year olds. :D
Elena Pearson I'll be in Tokyo this July actually! I decided to go through EF rather than Gogo Nihon though. That'd be cool if we ran into each other. (Only a few more months of high school thank goooooodddd)
Totally agree with you Nicholas, at 2:50 ! I know a little Japanese, but I can't understand enough to be able to read books and understand anime, manga and games! I hope I get the chance to study in Japan sometime!
I'm not there yet. The plan I was suggested in the interview with gogonihon (GGN) started too early for me to begin the process, earlier this year, so I'll have to wait (and save up) for next year. I am looking to learn the language and live there long-term, working in the IT industry. I will renew my student visa as needed while taking classes and switch to appropriate visa when I start working. I would seriously send GGN an email if you're serious about going!
Awsome thats where im going after work when i move to tokyo gotta save up my money and learn japanese first than find a job and get the visa in two years it'll take too long and i cant wait
Absolute goal/dream .. ; ; How long should an independent employee need to save up to live & study there? This makes my heart break haha I WANT TO IMMERSE!!!
Thank you for your help! ^ ^ If you were in the same boat, does that mean you're already there?!?! &have processed through already? I'm from California/$(currency ) lol $1500 doesn't sound like it'll even cut for a flight. Aside from that, I was thinking about 2 years and extending my visa in the process.. any personal opinion on that? :D
I was in the same boat as you are. Send Go! Go! Nihon an email (address in description) and ask some questions! They can help give rough estimates on costs of living (can range widely) and tuition costs for the various institutes. If you're serious about going to Japan to study the language, then this is the organization for you!
