LOL when he says "power is off, trust me". I picture me in the back closet clicking every breaker to the off position. Can never be too safe when you are not experienced. and it freaks out the people in the electric company, to see people get out if their clutches for a couple of minutes.

The new studio looks like it will be great after some more work! I would especially love to see a quick tour of your woodshop (garage?) when you get it up and running; maybe talk about the tools you use most and/or would recommend for someone working on drum shells, DIY hardware/mounts, and the like.

just paint the ceiling material with off white eggshell paint (that's what the color looks like) and it'll fill up the craters and make it look preeetttyy similar to the other ones

the streaks from fluorescent lights are cause by not having NTSC mode when in America, you might be on PAL, which is used in other foreign counties.

Hey rdavidr! im planning on making a pizza kick just like your other video. im having a tough time figuring what colored wrap i should get because i have black metal rims. Got any suggestions?
rdavidr, you are in the USA but I still want to ask. I am having the idea to rent out a specific room or apartment/studio or even a garage and convert it to a studio, but what will you do to prevent neighbours to complain? Here in the Netherlands are pretty known to complain as walls are extremely thin!I have tought of isolation, but that's quite an investment..
