One thing to take note in mixed development as well is electric and water bill. In United point case, owners can apply for residential rate for electric bill. But not for Water bill which will be commercial rate.

Another point when getting higher floor, if your top floor is a penthouse or different layout, at your ceiling going to be disaster with the non standard pipe layout.

If someone renovates or moving after everyone is already living there, do the owners need to layout the canvas on the floor? To move the heavy stuff.
Also, do we need to buy the stove, hood and washing machine first before we do the kitchen cabinet? The washing machine will be under the cabinet. I mean, for measurements purposes, sorry I have no experience, that’s why I ask😅 .

@@iherng Famous leh, at some point dinner time need to arrive an hour before they open to queue up, then by 7pm all the numbers for the day are given out. Lunch time not as crazy. Been there twice, I think it's worth trying.
