President Ruto spoke well on behalf of Africa not only Kenya ."The only time Africa was a focal point of strong and effective multilateralism and multilateral consensus was during Berlin conference of 1884 to 1885." that was a jab in the hearts of many. Powerful speech !
His Speech was good, but I question, if the guy has the mind set to follow through his speech. This is the same guy who declared 3 days mourning when Kenyans former Colonizer " The Queen of England" died recently. Not only that he was gladly jump on the bus with other African leaders on the way to the Queens funeral service. Not all African leaders jump on that bus and act like school boys. The Ethiopian President was transported by a vehicle that was prepared by the Ethiopian Embassy in London for example. Why would a country leader accept to be treated with disrespect? Why would some one get comfortable in that kind of situation. It is very hard to believe this guy would work hard in the years to come to make what he said on this speech reality after watching his picture on that bus in London a couple days ago.

I think the security council should be reformed so two seats per geographic location would suffice. One seat permanent, one seat rotational. Removal of veto power.
