True fact: Did you know that the Playtime Woody is supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the Toy story collection woody. There is also a Buzz Lightyear that goes with Playtime Woody called Blast off Buzz Lightyear, which is also a cheaper alternative version of Toy story collection Buzz. It is a cool toy
It is amazing what Preston is doing for the toy story industry and even more amazing he charges about a 1/3 of what most custom makers charge so its affordable for most of us
He is the best and as a fan himself he really cares about all of us.
Oh yeah, that’s not a playtime Woody didn’t have wires in the head. That’s just a regular budget woody from Walmart.
It actually did have wires it was just broken in the head I forgot to mention that

Play time woody did have wire in his head because of his hat sensor
I have a Playtime Woody, but the wires are ripped
Medicom Woody with Preston’s Toy shop head is my favorite one
he does look amazing.

I remember getting a playtime woody for my 9th birthday, been trying to get another for a long time
ebay is the best place to find one. He is great as is or for modifying. I think he looks great too, closest to toy story collection Woody.
Hi today i grew up, I'm getting the disney store Buzz soon and I'm wondering how it scales to the Signature collection Woody. Is it close movie accurate hight?
Also, great video! The bodies do look better with these new custom heads. Especially medicom Woody. To me the original head looked too big with the chin being too close to the collar like he didn't have a neck.

Thanks for the comment partner. That’s cool! Disney store buzz is one of the best for the price you pay. He is actually slightly bigger then movie accurate height but not by much maybe half an inch taller. Buzz is suppose to be 12 inches which is GI Joe size.

Can Medicom Woody do ragdoll poses or is it just stiff?
just stiff with a metal skeleton inside. You can modify him and take that out but then he wont stand anymore and just be ragdoll.

As a toy collector how much do you manage your finances as well as following your passions? how often do you buy toys?
I can make a whole talking episode about the business side of TH-cam. It’s not easy to explain. However over the years I’ve learned how to run a business full time on TH-cam. Took many years to get here. I figured it out now. You buy and sell a lot but then keep certain grails that you never sell in the collection. It’s a balance. Give and take but it worked out for me. Maybe one day I’ll make a video explaining more but let’s be honest people are here for the toys and not business lol maybe I’ll share something more in the future about it
You can buy another medicom custom woody head,remove the connector of the collection woody ,put it on the medicom and attach the head to the collection to have one that connects to the collection one
I think i know what you mean like use the connector still from collection Woody for the voice box? It can be done with some modifications yeah.
