As an Artist/Copyright Official [MCSK] , i told y'all a few months back ,intellectual property is a paramount docket that every Artist/Creatives need understand ,MCSK Came with a SKIZA idea that should have benefited Artists big time,but the cartels diluted the whole idea into sub skiza companies where they ended up taking 80% of the skiza downloads to-date,and remits only the remaining 20% to Artists,in conclusion, Let SKIZA be directly dealt with by CMO"s because Safaricom is only a Platform Bearer.
Thanks to whoever brought up the motion. 90% of Kenyan celebs are artist, film makers and actors. This should be the first docket that should be looked into in Kenya today. The government should not allow body involving into killing talents of the Kenyan youths. GOD bless them.
