    Are they taking the piss in the 1.4?! The rev limiter is at 6,800 rpm. Could've been 2 seconds quicker at least.

      Yeah, they were driving it as if it was a diesel.

    Imagine only having 90bhp and then to make matters worse, short shift by about 2000rpm. God I wish these people would learn to drive before making a video supposedly showing the speed of their car.

    It’s sad that they killed the Puma and used its name for a SUV… they will never make a car like the Racing Puma ever again

    • @argapadan42
      @argapadan42 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      People nowadays prefers SUV which is generally more practical among another else and car enthusiasts are getting less and less.
      So get more money and buy those sports cars so those manufacturers can see demands for sports car grow again.

      @@nasinopuzzolente5396 You're right. Nowadays most of the customers are not car / driving enthusiasts, they use cars just to move from A to B.
      Manufacturers still produce sports cars for enthusiasts, but not as many as before.

    That little bugger could probably hit 100kmh in 6 seconds.

    • @johnwhite2143
      @johnwhite2143 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeh I agree too, too much wheelspin in last video an too late changing, should be able to do 0 to 100kmh in 6.7 seconds, think the puma st has shorter gearing so won't reach 100kmh in second gear, need change to third just before 100kmh, I think this car would hit 100kmh in 6 seconds if gearing was a little bit longer an you could hit it in 2nd gear 👌👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

      Reving the engine above 5000rpm is completely useless with a small crappy 1.4 engine.🤣🤣
      You really won't make more speed or make more torque above that rpm, you will only put unnecessary strain on the engine and wear it out.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a humble request for assistance.
    Two years ago, I made a significant mistake by purchasing a car from a less-than-reputable dealership. Despite my excitement at owning my dream car, it has turned into a financial burden due to unforeseen issues.
    Currently, I find myself in a precarious financial situation, making it impossible for me to secure a loan or afford necessary repairs. Therefore, I am kindly asking for your help in fixing my car.
    Any donation or support you can provide would be immensely appreciated. Your generosity would not only alleviate my current predicament but also restore my ability to commute and fulfill essential responsibilities.
    Thank you for considering my request. Please let me know if you require any further information.

      the smaller the engine, the more maintenance it needs. Good oil, normal fuel. I understand that in Europe the fuel is the same everywhere. In Russia, 95 gasoline at each gas station has its own. And here these packages 1.0 and 1.2 are very picky. Especially in winter.
