If JEE advanced is not possible then BITSAT.
But many people leave IIT even after getting it and join bits coz of the branch or maybe because they don't won't to join lower branch in new iits or maybe because they want cse only which they r not getting in iit..I would say ki stay cool and and ek focus rakho ki teir 1 me Jaana Hai.. abh IIT me agar branch ka nhi hai koi problem and if u r like ki koi bhi branch chalega toh lelo..agar pasand ka branch nhi milra and u have specific interest in some branch then coz of IIT don't compromise with the branch
