Hi David, Great work with this video. I was a student of Mrs. Taubman during the summer of 1997. During that summer, she was still trying to finish her book. I had no idea that any of it was published or generally available. Where do I get it?
This made me appreciate why the symbol for the turn ornament is so effective for communicating the curved melodic motion (above and below the main note) in my mind. Physically, the wrist and forearm enables a similar motion for ease of execution.
David, is there any way I can get a copy of the Hellman book from you? It is NO where online and no one has it? Would you be able to scan it into a PDF or something since it is out of print now? Thanks
