what's the addon that shows you their cooldowns above their playerframe next to yours? Is it diminish return? if so can you move where they go??

Owls with screech hold aggro rlly good, no claw needed tbh

Do not use your Consecutive Concussion if you already have wing clip on your enemy. good luck
I do it at times to fish out the stun

think there is a bug atm where anyone 3 or more levels higher is skull
