In this video we take 65 D as a development length in beam and diameter of bar 25 mm so development length (l×d) will be (65×25) 1625 mm, say 1.625 mt.but thickness of slab is not generally more than 0.9 mt.so what to do during this time when development length will be more than the thickness of slab.please explain sir.

Once a consultant told me to bend the bars upward if the Ld can't provided downward due to beam depth restriction
