My dear friend you are suggesting to provide lapping at the supports for tensile zone of beam. But I suggest in tensile zone of beam you should provide within l/4 from the supports, Please correct your narration if you feel that what I said is correct.
Sir, lapping zone in beam at bottom should not be at the junction point.we should calculate lap distance by using the formula Effective depth of the beam multipled by 2.

In beam lapping zone for upper steels are along with columns and lower steels are middle portion of the beam. Which you showed in last beam drawing.

75mm may be too short for lapping, I think minimum hooks length for column- Mizo Mistiri
