Hi friend !! I have a question about the CG ... U have to check the CG Whit full tank or empty tank ?? I just installed everything in my biplane and this is my first gasoline engine plane,,( l was flying electric planes for long time) So l don't have much experience in gasoline engines ,l need to do this very carefully if I don't want to lose my beautiful biplane an a lot money..l hope you can answer my question.. thanks !!🙂
p3arljam26 I love this engine. I have it on my Edge 540 now and have a Carbon Falcon 20x7 prop turning it at 7650rpm on the ground. Throttle response is rock solid. For the money it is hard to beat.
p3arljam26 it’s a good engine and it really woke up after about 3 gallons. Keep in mind my rpm numbers are after it is well broken in and also using a canister muffler now. So you may see different numbers.
p3arljam26 absolutely. It is in my 78” Pilot Edge now and has about 4 gallons through it and runs like a top. Falcon 20x7 carbon prop is hands down the best prop for this engine.
Great video Mike and well narrated.
Scairborne66 thank you again!

I just ordered one i have a DLE 35 but the rear exhaust won't work with the plane so i am going with the EME 35.

p3arljam26 one more thought with the Falcon it is pulling 22-23lbs of static thrust.
My plane is 17 lbs.
Did you ever fly with this engine?
